30-Day Refund / Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day FULL Refund or FREE Replacement Policy for eligible cases.
Since our products are customized, you are not required to return the item if your request is approved.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item received is different from the product description or customization details.

  • The item is defective, damaged, broken, or does not function properly.

  • You received the wrong size or mismatched variant.

  • Your order is lost or missing.

 


 

Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

The following cases are NOT covered under our 30-day policy:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Personal reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

  • Incorrect selection of size, product, address, or customization details.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns.

Additionally, please allow for slight differences (up to 20%) between product images and actual items due to lighting and screen variations.

 


 

Refund & Replacement Process

Provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The defective item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

This helps us process your request faster.

Step 3

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

 


 

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Estimated processing time:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–14 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days (up to 30 days depending on your bank)
