Production includes order processing based on your customization, quality checks, and packaging to ensure your item arrives in the best condition.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is calculated from the date your order leaves our facility to your delivery address.
Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product type and location.

International Orders

Delivery may take additional time due to customs processing. We do not control customs delays and apologize for any inconvenience.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Fee

Free Standard Shipping

• Order value exceeds the required minimum amount

• Eligible product categories are included

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for selected products.

Estimated delivery time:

• 2–5 business days after production (production time: 1–7 days depending on product)

Not all products are eligible for express shipping.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the US, AU, CA, UK, and EU countries, with some exceptions:

• Some items are only available within specific regions

• Large items may not be delivered to P.O. Box addresses

• Military or restricted addresses may not be supported

Please ensure your shipping address is valid and complete.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

• We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Address changes are only allowed within a limited time after placing the order

• Orders may be returned or discarded if delivery fails
